All of these cookies are marked HttpOnly, meaning they cannot be read by scripts running in your browser. You can block or delete cookies at any time using your browser settings, though doing so may affect how some parts of the site behave.

Website Analytics

To understand how our website is used and to keep improving it, we run our own, self-hosted analytics — we do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics or advertising platform. When you visit a page, we record technical details such as the page viewed, the referring site, general device/browser/ operating system information, your IP address, and the time of the visit. This information stays on our own servers, is used only to understand traffic patterns and improve the site, and is never sold, shared or passed to any third party.

Contact Form Data

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the service you're enquiring about, and your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry, and it is stored securely in our own database.

To actually deliver your enquiry to our team by email, we use a trusted email delivery provider. They act strictly on our instructions to transmit the message and do not use, read for their own purposes, or retain your information beyond what's needed to deliver it. This is the only external service involved in handling your data, and it exists purely to get your enquiry to us — it is not a form of sharing or selling your data.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
  • To operate, maintain and improve our website.
  • To understand overall visitor traffic and site performance.
  • To help keep our website and systems secure.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. We do not allow any third party to access our analytics or contact-form data. The only exception is the email delivery provider described above, which processes contact-form messages solely to transmit them to us and has no independent use of your data.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we hold, including serving our site over HTTPS, marking cookies as HttpOnly, and restricting access to our systems to authorised staff only.

Data Retention

We keep contact-form enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and for our own record-keeping. Analytics data is used to understand trends over time and is not shared or used to identify individuals. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time — see "Your Rights" below.

Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

  • Ask us what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete your personal data.
  • Ask us to restrict or object to how we use your personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, just get in touch using the details below. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for businesses and adults seeking our services, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If we ever change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date at the top.
