After working as a Trainee Site Foreman in the construction industry James joined the company in 2010 as an apprentice. He worked his way up over 13 years gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the industry and has attended 100’s of jobs in High Energy Drying and Pest elimination all over the UK, Ireland and Europe. James is now employed as the Xeric ‘Team Leader’ and with a friendly, infectious enthusiasm James leads from the front with professionalism and client focus.
