Natalie joined the Gelder Group in 2010 as an Apprentice Administration Clerk within the Training Department. Natalie began to help develop Dewpoint which soon became a nationally recognised training provider to the Drying & Disaster Industry. Along with carrying out general administration duties Natalie has now become the Business Development Co-Ordinator for Xeric , helping the company develop marketing strategies and the Xeric Website.
Natalie is very conscientious and has a dynamic, forward thinking attitude which is fundamental to the growth of Xeric.
